CitizenshipPrep.ca is an independent study and practice tool. It is not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada.

Study content

The simulator uses realistic exam-style questions based on Discover Canada. The content is for preparation and study planning only.

No outcome promises

Simulator scores, explanations, and recommendations are not predictions of your citizenship test outcome. Use them to guide your study.

Account access

Practice and Simulator access require a verified account so progress can be saved and protected. Basic and Premium limits are described in the product when pricing is enabled. Do not share your password or use another person's account.

Premium payments

Premium is offered as a one-time payment for the access period and price displayed before checkout. It does not renew automatically. Payments are processed on Stripe's hosted Checkout page, and Premium is activated only after Stripe securely confirms a successful payment.

Refund requests are reviewed individually for concerns such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented the purchased Premium access from being provided. To request a review, use the Contact Us form and select Refund inquiry. Include the email address used for your account and the approximate payment date, but do not send card numbers, security codes, banking information, or other sensitive payment details. A full refund ends the Premium access associated with that payment. This process does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Format-practice identifiers

The simulator may accept an application number and UCI for format practice. These values are checked locally in your browser, are not submitted to our server, and are not verified with government systems. Do not enter passport numbers, PR card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or other government ID details.

Camera practice limits

Camera and environment feedback is educational only. CitizenshipPrep.ca does not verify identity and does not store webcam images, camera frames, video recordings, ID images, face embeddings, or biometric identifiers.
